What a week!

Tuesday the People's Republic of Massachusetts elects a conservative Republican to the Senate.

Then today, two momentous events occur...

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi announces she does not have the votes in the House to pass the Senate's version of ObamaCare as written.  As such, the bills produced by both chambers will have to go to conference to work out a compromise.  Then that compromise will have to be voted upon again in both the House and the Senate.  The Senate will require 60 votes to pass it.  Not-Gonna-Happen!!  The Drudge Report call today the day health care died.  May it never rear its ugly head again.

Then the Supreme Court hands a huge victory to freedom-loving patriots by striking down McCain-Feingold.  Freedom of speech reigns in America once again.  This decision is considered "landmark" by many and possibly one of the Court's most important in years.

What's next?  Impeachment proceedings against Chairman Obama for unacceptable levels of arrogance, stupidity, and selfishness?  Oh, if only those fell under the categories of "high crimes and misdemeanors."
